Warranties

The warranty covers defects resulting from:

• manufacturing flaws,
• defects in materials or workmanship,
• present at the time of delivery,
• present at the time of delivery,

Repairs or replacement of defective parts are performed only after inspection and approval by the manufacturer or its authorized representative.

What the warranty does NOT cover

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear (brakes, tires, chains, sprockets, batteries, plastics, cables, bearings, etc.),
• damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents,
• improper maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations,
• any modification or installation of non-original parts,
• use in racing, rental, or commercial applications,
• damage caused during transportation, storage, or exposure to weather conditions,
• minor adjustments required after assembly (chain tension, brakes, cables, alignment, etc.).

Important conditions

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• All warranty claims must be submitted through the selling dealer from whom the vehicle was purchased.
• Warranty claims must be submitted prior to any repair being performed.
• Labor, transportation, diagnostic, and shipping costs may not be covered.

Assembly and maintenance

Vehicles sold in crates or partially assembled require proper assembly and regular maintenance. Improper assembly or lack of maintenance may void any warranty coverage.
